Great service, got connected within 48 hours

From signup I have received good service from Afrihost. Before signing up with them I phoned to hear how quickly they can activate my internet and they managed to do it within the promised time frame.

Their support staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their own product and the underlying infrastructure. Special thanks to Domenic who, instead of logging a ticket with Metrofibre when he saw there was an issue on their side and asking me to wait yet another 48 hours for reply, he phoned them and got it sorted out on the spot.

I have experienced service from 3 ISPs, and Afrihost is so far the best. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sign up for a new internet connection.
