Great Service and Support

I have had an Afrihost mobile account for some time. The service has been excellent and the price good. Therefore when they introduced the Fixed WiFi offering with Rain, I elected to go for that. I app**** online on a Thursday evening. On Saturday morning I received a phone call verifying my address. The following Tuesday morning I received my router and it was up and running that very day. Absolutely outstanding service.

All my interactions with the support staff have been good. They are exceptionally polite and friendly and in general able to sort my problems out timeously. Not that there are many problems.
