Great Service and 5G Speeds

Great service, speedy delivery. There was a bit of a mixup, but it was escalated - handled quickly and effectively. Faster than other services I've used.

The sign on discounts made it affordable, and the speeds are incredible! The 5G download speeds above my package standard, and upload speeds very close to the package standard.

I used an Afrihost connection previously (ADSL). Previously, and with the new service I have found the customer support most helpful as you receive almost immediate support through Whatsapp. Support staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

I have yet to test the efficiency of the Internet in loadshedding, and I'm not sure if service is ever intermittent (this is the case with a lot of 5G services) but so far it is excellent.
