So, in my case, every cloud has a silver lining. It started with Afrihost delivering my router to a wrong address, but rectified it the next day. Openserv gave Afrihost a date of 1 month in the future for the fibre connection, which I found strange as the cable was already connected to a box against my house-wall? After querying this with Alphonzo, the CEO of Openserv, everything changed. I got an installation date in the same week and which turned out a complicated installation, was completed on the same day.
