Great prices but sadly bad quality

Good pricing but terrible speeds, constant dips and tonight we are sitting on 0.9mbps on a 8meg line. No service response and no way to contact support as there are no opperators working. We are thinking of moving to another provider even though we have been with afrihost for a long time, juat for better coverage and speeds.
