Great Experience - efficient, helpful, fast, etc, etc...

<p>Hi there,</p> <p> </p> <p>it's not often that we experience good service in South Africa. Afrihost you are one of the handful of companies that are a shining example of great customer service. It took me a matter of 10 minutes to sign up, verify my details, pick what I wanted, confirm details with the accounts guys and get me going. The call centre people actually know what they are doing. The automated responses tell you what number in the queue you are and how long you can expect to wait. Unfortunately no other company that I have delt with has been so helpful. I even have free GB of data.</p> <p> </p> <p>Afrihost please do not change. You are doing everything right.
