Great company overall - Just avoid Cell C Rain LTE!

This is a mixed review as I've been a customer of Afrihost for 6 years. They are my chosen provider for my business hosting and clients and overall think their customer service has been great over the years. However with regards to their Cell C Rain LTE product in particular my experience has been beyond frustrating. I've signed up for the 100gb lte package and cancelled twice within a year. The internet speeds are intermittent and sometimes non existent especially during peak times. After several emails to complain and form after form being filled to submit to Rain with zero feedback after 5 weeks waiting. I've sent follow up emails expressing my disappointment and checking for feedback which have twice been ignored.

It seems they are aware of the issue yet just choose to not deal with it. In my area the Telkom lines have been ****** and are not being replaced and no fibre coverage so options are limited. Very unhappy!
