Great after-sales service and thanks to Kitso and team

One thing about Afrihost, their after-sales service is great. They make you feel that "the customer is king" thing. Most other service providers we had, do not care whether you cancel or not , etc. Afrihost will go all the way to address an issue. The gentleman who called me from retentions saved the day :) and Kitso assisted me well with the internet issues and even called back to check if all is fine. He went into Clientzone with me and step by step assisted me. Clentzone is the best forum for us at Afrihost - you can do almost anything: statements, queries etc. Thank you.
