Going on 2 months with no connection

I’ve been disconnected since end of January 2023. I’ve been sending whatsapp messages since then since their only method of communication is whatsapp. I paid for February with no connection. Now I’m being told to pay for March and not being reimbursed for the over a month loss. Technicians took an entire month to come inspect the issue. Very dissatisfied I want to disconnect
