Give that man a bells/raise/promotion

Sechaba solved my problem with in 10 minutes. He was eager to help me and understood I was under pressure and instead of transferring me to someone else or telling me that its not his job he did everything on my behalf. If all call centres had people like him working behind the phone life would be a lot easier and more pleasant.<br> <br> He needs a raise or bonus for his great attitude and efficiency!!!!<br>
