getting my account locked because I wanted to add a product

So I wanted to open up another email domain as there are 2 business that I keep separate However, because I wanted to do more business with afrihost, My account gets locked, I get a Ransom letter, apologies, an email saying I owe 999.

Now that was the first I heard of it, as my account was linked to a bank card that expired so I was not the best at keeping up to date, however as soon as we noticed emails not working, I logged in, paid the horrible late fee and chalked it up as my mistake. (this took a month to rectify itself)

moving on, I call this morning to only hear, no security locked your account, but if I pay the 999 they will unlock my account. I also need to send through a security document upload thing so that they can give me my answers. Because ***** you right, I am not allowed access to my emails.

I would also love to hear from your legal department to find out who is going to solve the issue where I am missing out on potential clients because my emails are not working, because I wanted a second email domain??????
