getting billed for their mistake

The second worst hosting experience iv had, the worst was a Nigerian ******* who stole my money and ghosted. but honestly afrihost reached a new low in their pathetic services, to a point where i the customer has to mediate between accounts and hosting departments and they cant be bothered to do their jobs. Namely the lady Mathlapello from accounts who thought the solution to this whole mess was to hang up on me because its not her job to follow up on tickets. Trust me, i there are better service providers out there who are not as conceited. if there was a no star system, i would give afrihost -1
