Get your act together!

Super in the beginning until we moved. Spending +- 2 hours every night and morning trying to get our wifi up and running again and they have been completely unhelpful, it almost feels like they either don't know what they are doing or they just can't be bothered to give actual assistance. Why have the Whatsapp help line when the people on the other end can't even answer a simple question. You guys baffle me! P.S we are still waiting for your call!!
