General *** Support

i have been a client for 6 years and have multiple hosting packages with Afrihost , the service has become really shocking and frontline staff just give textbook feedback or scripted answers the level of support is nonsensical from a company of this scale , no regard and sense of urgency .... Always defaulting to its policy or we are still awaiting feedback. , why have a telephone line if you are not able to provide support via it ... You call technical support just to be told to send a email this after holding on the line in exccess of 10 to 20 mins each time the staff placed in this department definitly needs better personalities and more technical training ... What a disgrace ....
