Afrihost: Charging for services not rendered More than a year ago I cancelled an email domain registered with Afrihost. I have a package agreement with Afrihost which includes other domains and fiber-optic internet. Yet as true as clockwork, Afrihost continues to charge for services cancelled and not rendered every month. Contacting Afrihost is a daylight nightmare. I am bombarded by voice prompts which, no matter how patient I am, eventually it all comes to naught. Much to the advantage of Afrihost as they collect money for services not rendered. Apparently, the onus is on me to notify Afrihost of their obvious error which they are reluctant to act upon since Afrihost benefits from their incompetence. Really a sad situation. And as a responsible businessman, I feel obligated to urge all Afrihost Customers to double check their Afrihost Invoices. Afrihost, stop taking our money for services not rendered. It is morally wrong.
