Garbage hosts

The worst support and the most garbage service provider I've ever dealt with. Their systems weren't working, and as a result cost me an upgrade I didn't want. Took absolutely no accountability whatsoever!!! Every time I said to get a manager to call me to resolve it, they'd have the same BS response stating I made the change when I had proof the stuff up was on their end. They then assured my next change to rectify their mistake would be sorted end January '25. 1 February, they deducted my account again for the incorrect package!!!! This company is garbage! They take and give no effs!
