Frustrations and zero solutions

I’ve been dealing with issues since June, and for five long months, I’ve been going back and forth with both Octotel and Afrihost. Yet, the only response I keep getting is that there’s supposedly no problem on their end. How is that possible when I can’t even respond to an email or stream anything without constant interruptions every single minute? It’s beyond frustrating! The bare minimum they could have done was to send a technician to assess my hardware, but even that hasn’t happened. This level of service is infuriating.
