Frustrating ISP Switch: Weeks of Unresolved Issues

It's been over two weeks since I switched from another ISP to Afrihost. The line was supposed to be connected two weeks ago, but it still hasn't happened. I've called Afrihost about 50 times, emailed, and sent WhatsApp messages, but they always say it has been escalated and that the issue is with Vumatel. I've also contacted Vumatel, but each company just blames the other, and nothing gets resolved. I was expecting better service. Now, I'm trying to move to Openserve, but they are not helping either.
