Frustrating Experience with Afrihost

I have been a loyal Afrihost customer for 5-6 years, but I am extremely disappointed with their recent service. My Wi-Fi has been down since Friday, and despite multiple emails promising resolution and calls that were supposed to happen, my connection remains severed. This has impacted my work from home, leading to missed deadlines and unnecessary data expenses. Afrihost's lack of response and failure to restore my Wi-Fi is infuriating. I expect better service after years of loyalty.
