Frustrating Customer Service

Afrihost is one of the worst companies when it comes to customer service and keeping customers happy and supported, quick to sell the product but after sale service is absolutely pathetic!

The have the option to make use of accounts and support via email of which no one responds to within days, when you phone the call centre they always have an influx of support call and you can expect to hold nothing less that 45min. The live chat on the client zone is permanently not working and the call back option well another ghost town, *** Afrihost!!!! You seriously need to up your service!!! Quick to debit monthly but the rest is a disaster!!!
