Frustrating and useless service

I have had no internet for almost 10 days after 2 years of no issues.

I have been contacting afrihost every single day, and no one is assisting me. You state that it’s a vumatel issue - and that there is nothing to do but wait. Vumatel confirms that the issues are resolved.

I don’t understand why you have an assist line if your agents don’t do anything to assist.
