Frustrated with no update on wifi outage!

I have been with Afrihost for years but recently when I moved places, I changed to Openserv as the provider. There has been a Mechanical fault in the area since 27 November 2025. Its been over 10 days with no feedback on what is actually wrong and no ETA. Every day I call Afrihost and get the same excuses of its been escalated. No one can get hold of Openserv to get a proper answer of what is happening. Here I am having to pay for a service I am not receiving and cant do anything about it. When I ask to change providers I get told I need to serve a months notice. How is that fair when I am not even getting the service. Its an extreme safety risk to not have wifi at home to monitor. What more can I do to get a proper response of what is happening.
