Frustrated

I'm frustrated and angry. What an absolute useless service I get from afrihost. I have no internet connection since the end of November. Been trying to reach them and the worst part you cant even call them, you have to state your issues on WhatsApp. Different agents attend to me everytime I decide to follow up, if not they keep AWOL. Each and everytime they ask me to state my problem which I've done 100 times and exhausted already. All they can say is they escalated to the critical department and no further answers or solution. What a stupid inconvenience I have to face at this time of the year.
