Bad service

I ordered Fibre with Afrihost about 3 months ago. They were quick to deliver their router and installation happened after month of enquiring with them now am stuck with router and Installed cables that are not activated. I call them almost every day to get this resolve but no luck. All I get it's lies that it was done or they will call me back. I urgently needed this Fibre but it's a pain to work with Afrihost when I call them they tell me about their sub contractor SADV. Where else I didn't apply Fibre with SADV but with Afrihost. I want to cancel this deal and get a service provider who will give me Fibre fast.
