Frustrated client - Worst service ever

When first ordering Fiber I would never have imangined that it would take 4 months to get a reply from Afirhost that the order somehow got cancelled. After numerous e-mails, waiting for honest decent response, the only feedback is, that they are waiting for openserve. The most confusing part is, my next door neighbour has already fiber installed. I would really consider a different service provider than Afrihost when it comes to fiber. I have never had such bad service in my life! - I have waited so long, the prices even decreased since I ordered.
