Frustrated
Hi <br> <br> I have lost my phone and upon calling Afrihost for a sim swap,I was told to go to MTN.<br> <br> MTN told me they cant do sim swaps for Afrihost.So that means the Afrihost caller agent ****.<br> <br> I called Afrihost again and the agent told me to go buy a sim card at MTN and afrihost will just swap the numbers over the phone. And he cancelled my number.<br> <br> What is the way forward here?

Unfortunately we were unable to reach you via telephone.
We can confirm that your lost SIM has been suspended. As this is purely a data SIM, your best way forward would be to sign up for a new SIM card in your Clientzone and we would move your current unused data over to the new SIM.
