From the best to poor at best.

From one of the best companies to poor service at best. I was with Afrihost for over a decade, and I always supported them as a great SA company. Now it is all just automated tickets, copy and paste replies, and no one is working. It's like dealing with Telkom. I cancelled my account, and they are still charging my credit card. They also don't seem to feel that replying to emails is important.
