From horrible service to brilliant

So I have been battling with Afrihost for just over a year to get fibre on my property,

I had been promised by many agents a call back and to resolve my query. Even a manage by the name of Njabulo who had promised to get me connected which until today i have never received any assistance by him. His SLA is pathetic and his service is useless. This guy should not even work for Afrihost because he is truly useless like the level of service he provides.

After a year of been given a run around I decided to try 1 last time with Afrihost before switching to a different service provider.

I had spoken to a lady by the name Thapelo, who I'm so sorry for giving you such a hard time. because of the ****py service I had been given, She managed to get my fiber installed and connected within less then 3 days,

Which other agents and managers failed to do so within a year. Afrihost really needs more people like Thapelo who had refused to even let me speak to anyone else as she had promised she will fix the situation and get me connected.

I know many companies really would only say well done to these sort of employees and reward stupid employees like Njabulo. She is remarkable and I'm very happy with the assistance I received from Thapelo.

I would like Afrihost to look into my account and the amount of agents i had spoken to and the previous agents and manages should be trained accordingly to offer the same level of service I have received from Thapelo.

Afrihost is a big company this i know but you guys are losing a lot of money by staff not following up and giving the clients the service they require.
