From hero to zero

Dear Afrihost.

You have been the bane of my existence since the day I signed up. You company has been incredibly constant in giving network trouble and headaches.

I have been having regular trouble with my IP address over the pass few years and when I report it your team, they seams to always win the battle but never the war. Why cant you fix these problems permanently. Do you not like to keep you clients happy?

I had put in a request to downgrade my line in Jan 2021 and you have decided to do it in April 2021. The funny part is you cant even do that correctly.

I urge anyone looking for an ISP to consider a company who will fix problems permanently when requested instead of going with Afrihost whos network drops everytime you need it the most.
