From Great to Horrible

Afrihost was one of the best ISP's I have dealt with until recently! Slow no feedback promises not being kept and staff sometimes have no idea of what is going on. My account was debited due to a cancellation for a pending fibre order since February of this year! All that was conveyed is that vumatel mist finish and Afrihost will follow up and get back to me! That never happened! They also said they will refund me as soon as debit order for cancellation goes off due to the fact that vumatel is unable to install fibre at my premises at all! It will never happen due to logistics of which no one has informed me and I found out by chance! Now upon cancelling all my accounts they inform me I have a pro rata left until the end of the month! Guess what! My internet is cut off! The worst part of it all is that I have paid them all this time for line management to not deal with telkom but I always had to sort out my own problems directly with Telkom and got it done a lot faster than they could ever get anything done! Their growth has now caught up with them!
