From excellent to poor in the last two years

The good service that was offered by Afrihost some years back has deteriorated steadily to a level that is now unacceptable. Their emailing system is now often down for no apparent reason, which is annoying. The final straw is that their much bragged about 'Client Zone' is currently not working, so that I cannot cancel my contract with them.
