Frog foot and Afrihost NO INTERNET!! Poor service!!

It’s been more than 2 weeks without any internet and all I am told there are no reports of outages. I am so disappointed that everyday I come home there’s no connection. I do all the troubleshooting still nothing. Definitely cancelling this!!
