Frequent Internet connection loss

I am with Afrihost for a few years now and Afrihost used to provide me with a good stable Internet connection which is crucial for my private online business. Lately since about two weeks I am experiencing daily frequent internet connection losses. Contacted support and communicated with a few cosultants via email. My connection got temporarily back each time I followed the advice of the consultant. Till the next loadshedding session. I battled for a few hours and did reboot numerous times. It looks to me if Afrihost is not geared up to restored internet connection after loadshedding session
