Free Vumatel Fibre Installation then 4 months later _ Afrihost wants me to pay the Installation

I have gotten Free VUMA tel installation via AfrihostSee invoice below- Now 4 moths after installation , Afrihost said I must pay Vumatel- how do you do business like that if I have give proof that you have given me the installation for free- I have singed a deal with Afrihost- nothing with Vumatel-
