I ordered a 20GB CellC simcard, but your system loaded another sim card on the order. When I asked, via email to cancel the 2nd simcard, I was told to reject the delivery. Yet I see you have now deducted the fees of both simcards off my card.
I want a full refund before the end of this business day, or a case of theft and ***** will be opened against afrihost!
This is blatant theft

No worries I will open a case of ***** and theft with the South African Police, as well as with SARS since you clam VAT on this ******* sale. I will also open a cause of credit card ***** with VISA and my bank since I did not authorize this sale.
