********** and pathetic customer service

The service is absolutely disgusting, I have been with them for 5 months and I am on the 50mbps download and 50mbps upload package. But they are in fact giving me a way less speed. I have tried to get it sorted on a numerous of occasions and all they tell me is that they are going to escalate it to their support team. I am being **********ly billed month in and month out as I am paying for a package which I do not have.
