*****ELENT INDUCEMENT FOR PACKAGE UPGRADE

I registered an email hosting account, I barely used the account and I'm being told disk quota limit reached and that the solution is to upgrade, what a ****. first I was told it was your internet service provider, then server and now the solution is that I upgrade. May someone please assist.
