Still awaiting answer from 3 November 2021. Afrihost has committed ***** by installing a line in my name but not able to tell me where line was installed or who signed for the line. I enquired about a line in May 2019 to be told this could not be done due to being a Business. Now I receive an account and no further info. Not sure who is using this line or where but it is not me. Customer service say nothing got a call from a supervisor but still to date awaiting an answer. Very quick to debit & call about payment but no service.
