Forever waiting for cancelation email

I have cancelled my services with Afrihost on the 31 March 2022 and have not received a cancellation email. My Wi-fi subscription has been cancelled and still waiting for the cancellation email. Afrihost does not understand customer feedback. It is a nightmare to cancel services from Afrihost. Still waiting for the cancellation email.
