Forever fixing damaged fibre lines

My Fibre connectivity has been down and obviously no Internet for more than 3 days now... I understand the situation between the ISP (Afrihost) & the FNO (VUMA) I am not interested in their relationship because the one blames the other... I am at the end-user wanting Internet services, irrespective of who's who... It takes forever to get the problem fixed at hand... They telling about subcontractors and local technicians busy at the site working for more than 3 days which I also understand but do not let the end-users suffer due to ill management of the cause at hand.
