FORCED to UPGRADE

Got an email about increase 787 to 877 and upgrade of speed Basically Octotel is forcing to upgrade and you have no say I have no need for an 100/100 mb line They can however ad cheaper rates for NEW installation but this is only if there where no fiber, Do the ew people know that the will be forced to higher price within month My cost went form 697 to 787 to 877 with one year, So much for cutting cost
