Fixed Wireless not working more than 48 hours.

My Fixed Wireless is not activated for more than 48 hours. Made a few calls to afrihost on friday as to get this sorted before the weekend and was assured it would work after 48 hours and that should it not work there would be support during the weekend. So guess what now I need to wait until monday for support.

Each person I have spoken to have conflicting resolutions and 3 of the service agents did not even bother to log into my account and see what is going on.

This last lady I even said some data was used? How the hell? My devices cant connect, the homepage of my router says disconnected. I can send proof of this!!!

Signal is not an issue this has been confirmed more than once.

I think it would be best to cancel. First to debit my account but cant give a sevice. Flippen Gian should get off his ass and see what his staff is up to.
