FIXED WIRELESS LTE CELLC

Good day Afrihost,

i have had non stop troubles with my cellC fixed wireless LTE, it will be fine for 2 days and than ill have endless down lime for the next 5 days, i have reported this on numerous occasion and nothing is fixed or nothing happened as of yet.

After phoning today to request a transfer from cellC to telkom they told me that its not possible i should cancel my current service and Buy a new one?? Sorry afrihost but if i cancel my current service ill be moving to a different supplier for fixed LTE.

so please schedule a transfer from CellC to Telkom for me as im tired op struggling non stop with the internet issues, im paying you guy every month without a complaint so please supply the service im paying for without a complaint!!
