Fixed wireless internet notworking

Since the 09/09/2019 my fixed wireless internet is not working. Afrihost logged casewith cell c. Interaction logged with Cell C - SD857458

But no estimate of how long it will take to resolve. very poor standard of service delivery. Ticket opened with Afrihost [#ABG-***4] I requirethis to work. Working from home and depending on internet. Not happy. It worked perfectly until the 9/9/19 Rooter settings have been changed ect, with no resolve. Had LTE With speed in excess of 10. I need this to be resolved ASAP!
