FIXED LTE NOT WORKING IN KLERKSDORP

Took a Fixed-LTE from afrihost on the 5th of March up until end of March I'm having limited access. They saying they escalated the matter to cell c. Now I'm saying I want to cancel the product and that's also a problem. I'm not happy with their level of service. They must just allow me to cancel and I'll pay the cancellation fees, I just want out from afrihost and their poor service.
