Five days without Internet and counting...

I have been a client with Afrihost for one week since I got my line installed I had no Internet for three days. Less than a week later I am stuck with no internet for five days. They keep saying it is the fault of Openserve and a ticket has been logged. Afrihost keeps trying to escalate the issue with Openserve but with no results. One day they say the turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours and the next day they say it’s 24 to 72 hours. There seems to be a lot of inconsistencies with them. I'm paying Afrihost and they seem to make the problem with Openserve my problem. I have to keep paying for extra internet bundles because I work online. I have lost so much money because of this issue not being resolved.
