First time experience

Good day Afrihost. When applying for Fibre, I was recommended to go with you guys, I thought well this would be awesome, let's do this. App**** for the Fibre, sent me the payment link and was successful and still forwarded the POP. 5 days later, no one contacted me, I had to constantly contact you guys for progress on my ticket. Only to find out that the first ticket got rejected after doing the payment. A week later I had to make contact and ask what is happening, another link gets sent to do the payment with a new ticket so I said no I am not paying again. Took you guys 2 weeks to have the morning to be transferred to the new active ticket, a week later I had to make contact again because no one makes contact. Only for me to find out that the second ticket has also expired due to you guys taking so long. I asked for a refund because this had been a unpleasant experience with you guys. You guys wouldn't even convince me to stay other than to opt for the refund. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
