To be honest I had a really **** several months of service from Afrihost when trying to setup my fibre line - however the 5 star rating is purely based on the efforts of Nomthandazo.S

Nomthandazo.S a technical service adviser through my frustration took the time to calm me down & explained how she understood that my frustration to the situation was just then further went on to solve the issue in the most professional manner I’ve ever come across.

Her approach is a fine example of how service advisers should go about their activities. She should be utilized to train others in this way also.
