Fighting a loosing battle

I am very unhappy with Afrihost service, or the lack of service! I have an LTE 90MB+90MB MTN contract. Costing me R349 per month. For the past month that my LTE router is in Kriel MTN keep on disconnecting my service. I have to phone multiple times per day to get it reconnected. As soon as it is connected, half an hour later it gets disconnected again. Because they give the reason that I moved the LTE router. That is not true! My rooter is at 3 P***** close, Kriel for the past month even at the same spot.We don’t even move the router in the house! I have asked to talk to a more senior person and are never aloud. I have asked to talk to the LTE department and also, I am not aloud. I always just get told that the call has been escalated to MTN or to the LTE department and they will get back to me. No one ever gets back to me! I am fighting a loosing battle!
