fibre......what fibre????????

i have been paying for my fibre every month with no fail. i have upgraded my line to the biggest line afrihost can offer me and have not even received the speeds i pay for. now today 16/07/2025 i am writing financial law from home and low and behold again no internet. not only are you prejudicing my career with no service delivery you are not giving me what i pay for. the more i request assistance the more you refuse to deliver. Evotel, sent afrihost a mail to say you must lift bum from seat and come fix the problem as the problem lies with afrihost not evotel and Afrihost have not done a single thing till date to fix my complaints. its been more than 14 days and i have excalated so many times. i have no more options left than take this up with ICASA
